Anita Connolly founded ESWS after 33+ years as a full-time carer for her son Cameron, who lives with cerebral palsy.
Her lived experience isn't just our background — it's our blueprint
We Don't Just Provide Support — We Live It.
When we named this company Eyecare, it wasn't about vision — it was about values.
ESWS was born from real life, not a textbook. Our founder spent over three decades navigating complex care, NDIS systems, therapy coordination, and the fight for independence — all for her own son. That experience shaped a support model built on one simple truth:

Meet Cameron — The Heart Behind Everything We Do
Cameron lives with cerebral palsy. Today, he lives independently in his own home with a structured support team. He directs his own support workers, maintains his therapy routines, and actively engages in his community.
Cameron is our first participant, our inspiration, and living proof that the right support changes everything.
His journey — and his mum Anita's — is the reason ESWS exists. And it's the model we replicate for every family we support.
